Latihan Soal Asesmen Sumatif Akhir Tahun Bahasa Inggris Kelas 11 SMA MA SMK Tahun 2024. Penilaian atau asesmen sumatif pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah bertujuan untuk menilai pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan/atau Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) murid, sebagai dasar penentuan kenaikan kelas dan/atau kelulusan dari satuan pendidikan. Penilaian pencapaian hasil belajar murid dilakukan dengan membandingkan pencapaian hasil belajar murid dengan kriteria ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran.

Jika penilaian atau asesmen sumatif akhir tahun SMA digunakan untuk dasar penentuan kenaikan kelas, namun pada pendidikan anak usia dini asesmen sumatif digunakan untuk mengetahui capaian perkembangan murid dan bukan sebagai hasil evaluasi untuk penentuan kenaikan kelas atau kelulusan. Asesmen sumatif berbentuk laporan hasil belajar yang berisikan laporan pencapaian pembelajaran dan dapat ditambahkan dengan informasi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak.

Asesmen sumatif dapat dilakukan setelah pembelajaran berakhir, misalnya pada akhir satu lingkup materi (dapat terdiri atas satu atau lebih tujuan pembelajaran), pada akhir semester, atau pada akhir fase. Sementara khusus pada akhir semester, asesmen sumatif bersifat pilihan.

Asesmen sumatif bisa dilakukan pada akhir semester jika guru merasa masih memerlukan konfirmasi atau informasi tambahan untuk mengukur pencapaian hasil belajar murid. Sebaliknya, jika guru merasa bahwa data hasil asesmen yang diperoleh selama 1 semester telah mencukupi, maka tidak perlu lagi dilakukan asesmen pada akhir semester.

Hal yang perlu ditekankan, untuk asesmen sumatif, guru dapat menggunakan teknik dan instrumen yang beragam, tidak hanya berupa tes, namun dapat menggunakan observasi dan performa (praktik, menghasilkan produk, melakukan projek, atau membuat portofolio).

Selain penilaian/asesmen sumatif akhir tahun SMA dimanfaatkan untuk dasar penentuan kenaikan kelas, juga sebagai umpan balik. Hal ini karena dari asesmen hasil akhir ini (sumatif) dapat digunakan untuk mengukur perkembangan murid, untuk memandu guru merancang aktivitas pada pembelajaran berikutnya.

Pada Kurikulum yang berlaku saat ini, guru diharapkan untuk lebih banyak mengutamakan asesmen formatif, untuk mendapatkan umpan balik dan mengetahui perkembangan murid. Namun, asesmen sumatif juga tetap digunakan untuk mengetahui ketercapaian tujuan pembelajaran dan / atau menentukan kenaikan kelas
